Background Dr. Okpako Abugor Ejaita received his degrees ( Ph.D, M.Sc and B.Sc in Computer Science) from University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. He is presently the Head of Department (HOD) of the Departmet of Information and Communication Technology, University of Delta, Agbor, Delta State. His areas of specialization include Machine Learning, Data Science, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Big Data. He is presently the Public Relation Officer (PRO) , Nigeria Computer Society and served previously as the Director of ICT, Edwin Clark University, Kiagbodo, Delta State, Nigeria.
